sRO Essentials Workshop
Interactive Workshop Training - June, July, September & October 2024
We are running this virtual half day course throughout the year as per the above months.
The course will be delivered as a half day workshop virtually. The course will provide a mix of theory and interactive learning activities - level 2 practised.
Course Structure:
- Introductions and Overview: (Duration: 30 minutes)
- Module 1: Understanding the SRO Role in Healthcare (Duration: 45 minutes)
- Module 2: Leadership and Strategic Management for SROs (Duration: 45 minutes)
- Module 3: Effective Stakeholder Engagement and Communication (Duration: 30 minutes)
- Module 4: Governance, Risk, and Compliance in Healthcare Projects (Duration: 30 minutes)
- Module 5: Resource and Benefits Management (Duration: 30 minutes)
- Summary: Review, Assessment and Next Steps Action Planning (Duration: 30 minutes)
Outcomes:
- Gain a deeper understanding of the Senior Responsible Owner's (SRO) role & challenges, along with practical skills to drive successful project outcomes, enhance patient care, and align healthcare initiatives with organisational & system goals
- This program aims to empower healthcare leaders to become proficient and impactful SROs capable of leading successful and transformative changes in healthcare system
