We are running this 1 day, virtual course throughout the year as per the above months.
The course will be delivered as virtual workshop. The course will provide a mix of theory and interactive learning activities - level 2 practised.

- Module 2: Leadership and Strategic Management for SROs
- Module 3: Effective Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Module 4: Governance, Risk, and Compliance in Healthcare Projects
- Module 5: Resource and Benefits Management
- Summary: Review, Assessment and Next Steps Action Planning
Outcomes:
- Gain a deeper understanding of the Senior Responsible Owner's (SRO) role & challenges, along with practical skills to drive successful project outcomes, enhance patient care, and align healthcare initiatives with organisational & system goals
