This is your chance to gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the HM Treasury Better Business Cases™ methodology. All three trainers are accredited by APMG

  • Better Business CasesTM  Training
  • Bite Size Business Case Training including Benefits Management and Realisation, Comprehensive Investment Appraisal Model – economic modelling for the NHS, Business Case Writing Skills for Small Value Schemes, Assurance

Training sessions are meticulously designed to offer a comprehensive learning experience. Delivered entirely online via MS Teams, the courses utilise a mix of direct teaching, engaging exercises, real-life challenges, and insightful case studies. This approach ensures a rich, interactive learning environment, perfect for professionals seeking to deepen their understanding and practical application of business case development.

Training

  • Foundation Course: Priced at £450 (+VAT where applicable)
    This course lays the groundwork for understanding the core principles of business case development.
    This is a 3-day course including the examination (14 continuous professional development (CPD) hours).
  • Practitioner Course: At £525 (+VAT where applicable)
    This advanced course delves deeper, equipping you with the skills to proficiently apply the methodology in your work.
    This is a 3.5-day course including the examination (14 CPD hours).

Certification and Digital Badge: Training provides a candidate-focused wrap-around approach, with additional support or coaching when required, combined with the APMG examination which they book for you and invigilate themselves using MS teams. The certificate is an internationally recognised qualification from the accrediting body, APMG and a valuable addition to your professional credentials. Please note that a pass in the foundation examination is a pre-requisite for entry to the practitioner level.
