Everyone gets involved in projects and change, from leadership decision makers such as the Executive Sponsor and Clinical Lead, project and change professionals, to the accidental project manager, all of those staff members need the knowledge and skills to deliver their roles effectively and for the organisation to operate efficiently.

We are a professional association charity supporting the development of project and change capacity and capability in health and care, through education, training, standards of best practice, and community networks.

We can help you build the skills you need at all levels and develop an effective organisational approach to managing complex projects and change in your area of responsibility, whether that is organisational, Trust or Integrated Care System, Region, National level. There are options for all.

Exclusive Client Learning – Leadership & Development Programme

As part of our commitment to supporting our HPCA client organisations, we are delighted to include a programme of exclusive, online learning events designed to strengthen leadership, project delivery and change capability across health and care.

These sessions are only available to HPCA client organisations and are delivered live online, recordings of each session will be added to the HUB.

What’s on offer

  • Masterclasses (1.5 hours) – Focused, high-impact sessions exploring key leadership and delivery topics

  • Half-day training courses (3 hours) – Practical, skills-based sessions with tools you can apply immediately

All sessions are free to attend for HPCA client organisations.

How to access these sessions

  • Sessions are free and exclusive to those working at HPCA client organisations

  • If you are unable to attend live, recordings of all sessions will be uploaded to the HPCA HUB for clients to watch back at a time that suits you

  • Registration links for the first 2 sessions are now live and you can register in the HPCA HUB
