We are a professional association charity supporting the development of project and change capacity and capability in health and care, through education, training, standards of best practice, and community networks.
We can help you build the skills you need at all levels and develop an effective organisational approach to managing complex projects and change in your area of responsibility, whether that is organisational, Trust or Integrated Care System, Region, National level. There are options for all.
As part of our commitment to supporting our HPCA client organisations, we are delighted to include a programme of exclusive, online learning events designed to strengthen leadership, project delivery and change capability across health and care.
These sessions are only available to HPCA client organisations and are delivered live online, recordings of each session will be added to the HUB.
