Project & Change Academy via the NHS Learning Hub

This suite of FREE, specially designed and selected modules aims to provide all NHS staff with a clear and consistent understanding of the fundamentals of project and change management activities, to enable them to have a greater impact on delivering successful change.
Each module should take between 30-40 minutes to complete and there is a short self-assessment at the end of each module with results provided immediately.

NHS Digital Academy

The NHS Digital Academy is where NHS and Social Care staff can learn about digital skills. It helps both clinical and non-clinical staff improve their digital knowledge to provide better health and care services.

Apprenticeship Programmes

Six apprenticeship programmes have been launched to develop project management capability in the NHS.
This exciting new learning and development initiative, designed for employers, will appeal to a wide and diverse audience within the NHS, and is fully supported by the APM (Association for Project Management)

NHS England Leadership & Management Framework

The NHS Leadership and Management Framework responds to reviews of leadership in health and care, including the Messenger review (2022) and Kark review (2019), and supports the 10 Year Health Plan.
