Networking

Many of us are working on very similar challenges. By connecting, collaborating, and sharing we can solve problems more easily, deliver change more quickly and run our projects expertly and professionally.

We are a strong community of 2,000 members across 450 NHS organisations to date and 11 Networks across the country that have a crucial role and benefit from what HPCA has to offer.

Our network is incredibly inclusive, covering projects, change, transformation, improvement and strategy among others.

If your organisation isn’t a member of the HPCA community, but you think it might benefit, please get in touch for a chat.

Change Management specific interest group

Change Management
specific interest group

The Change Management specific interest group in the Healthcare Project Delivery Community (HPDC) on Knowledge Hub, allows colleagues across the NHS project and change community to connect, learn, network and share best practice.

Tailored to what members want and need, they can reap the benefits which help them to develop personally and professionally.

Regional Networks

The Regional Network Leads represent eight regions of England, one in Wales and one for Scotland as a whole. They are enthusiastic project and change professionals who are passionate about the project profession and want to make a difference.

They kindly volunteer their time to help advance the regional network development and engage with the members in their regions. They hold regular regional network meetings where members can discuss regional issues and connect with local colleagues.
