In partnership with NHS England London Talent Team, we have launched a campaign with an EDI focus for the Project and Change profession on the NHSE - London Talent Team Talent Timebanking platform.
The ED&I Network is made up of volunteers from across the healthcare system. It is open and accessible to all, which includes those that have an interest, passion, or influence in EDI organisational decision making.
They provide scrutiny and insight, advice, and guidance into workstreams that will improve equality, diversity & inclusion outcomes. The group also support the collection of workforce data and analytics in project management.
Contact info@hpca.uk to join the network!
The Change Management specific interest group in the Healthcare Project Delivery Community (HPDC) on Knowledge Hub, allows colleagues across the NHS project and change community to connect, learn, network and share best practice.
Tailored to what members want and need, they can reap the benefits which help them to develop personally and professionally.
The HPCA Storytelling Community is a (free to join) group of enthusiasts, passionate about bringing people’s real life stories into the heart of change management.
This community wants to find, practice and share stories; and build the storytelling skills that can help more product, project, programme, and change management professionals do their job more effectively.
We host regular sessions with expert speakers as well as bespoke Sounding Board workshops for those who want to practice the stories they wish to use to create influence, connection and insight.
The Regional Network Leads represent eight regions of England, one in Wales and one for Scotland as a whole. They are enthusiastic project and change professionals who are passionate about the project profession and want to make a difference.
They kindly volunteer their time to help advance the regional network development and engage with the members in their regions. They hold regular regional network meetings where members can discuss regional issues and connect with local colleagues.
Will give you next level access to training, standards, peer network & best practice guides!
