FREE: HPCA Scotland Regional Network Meeting – Project Management Lessons from eRostering Implementations

25 November @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

This meeting is not set up as a webinar, the link takes you directly into the meeting on 25 November, 12:00 – 13:00

NHS Boards across Scotland are progressing with the implementation of the RLDatix eRostering solution as part of the national programme led by National Services Scotland. This programme aims to deliver a single, standardised eRostering system across NHSScotland — one that integrates seamlessly with national business systems.

Once fully implemented, RLDatix will serve as the master workforce system, enabling consistent roster creation, streamlined leave management, and accurate recording of time worked for all staff groups. The move to a unified solution is expected to strengthen rostering practices, better align staffing with patient need, and ultimately enhance the delivery of safe and effective healthcare services. In this webinar, project leads from across Scotland will share their experiences and insights on key aspects of implementation, including:

  • Governance and programme control
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Resourcing and capacity
  • Integrating technical deployment with workforce culture and operational realities
  • Managing resistance and leading change

Speakers:

  • Alison Buchanan, Business Development Manager, The State Hospitals Board for Scotland
  • Chantelle Wilox, eRostering Programme Manager, NHS Lothian
  • Jen Cummings, Workforce Project Manager, NHS Lanarkshire
  • Lynne Rapson, Head of Human Resources, NHS Golden Jubilee
