DESCRIPTION:Tell me about a time… you were proud of your work \nWhat: Story Sharing – Practicing your pitch for purpose or pleasure. \nWhen: 24 March 11:00 – 12:00 \nWhy: Because life is better when we share our stories! \nAh\, well that is a bit sh*t \n….was my first reaction when I read the latest results from the NHS staff survey. \nThen I reflected\, it’s not surprising: there’s been a chain of shocks from the high pressure days of COVID through the rumbling disruptions of continual  organizational and structural changes. \nBut there is always one thing that gets left out of the headlines. \nThe brilliant work that people do day in\, day out. \nNot just the life-saving stuff. \nI’m talking about the small\, personal moments of triumph. \nThe thankless task\, done well. \nThe awkward meeting\, smoothly handled. \nThe emotions soothed. \nThe paperwork that got the funding. \nThe small personal moments of triumph in the daily work of change and project managers everywhere. \nThey never make the surveys and news headlines\, so we are going to celebrate those small\, personal moments of triumph on the 24 of March\, at 11:00. \nThe HPCA storytelling community will be hosting an hour long webinar: devoted especially for you to be able to share the story of a time when you were really proud. \nThe only requirement is that you bring her anecdotes and experiences! \nThe world becomes a little bit better when we share our stories. \nP.S.
