NHS Project and Change Academy offers five core skills online learning modules on the eLearning for Healthcare platform and is aimed at developing basic project and change knowledge for all NHS staff.
The course would be ideal for leaders that don’t have any pre-learning in either Neuroscience and Organisational Change Management or could do with an up-to-date refresh in the context of the current transition to support staff through the changes or to plan change activities that are people-centred.
Four apprenticeship programmes have been launched to develop project management capability in the NHS. This exciting new learning and development initiative, designed for employers, will appeal to a wide and diverse audience within the NHS, and is fully supported by the APM (Association for Project Management)
Apprenticeships Partners
The Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA), in partnership with Saïd Business School, have developed a programme for new and existing Senior Responsible Owners (SROs) to help them understand the formal, practical, and personal elements of the role.
The Change Management Institute are committed to the creation, evolution and promotion of professional standards for change management.
No matter where you are in your change career path, the Change Management Institute’s three different levels of Accreditation will ensure a relevant assessment of your capabilities.
The levels are: Foundation, Specialist, and Master.
HPCA have negotiated corporate partner membership of the Association for Project Management (APM) for the entire NHS, meaning any NHS employee can benefit from their online resources, including access to events and webinars, specific interest groups, methodologies and more.
